1. Visa and immigration Advice
- Provide advice on immigration matters
- Represent the clients in applying for visa
- Represent the clients in applying for work permit
2. Law, translation and authentication
- Provide legal advice, juristic act, contracts, will, notary public and other legal proceeding.
- Translation service to be used with government authorities, legal entity and for other purposes.
- Verbal translation in court (Family and Juvenile Court/ Provincial Court), other government offices such as district offices, Revenue Department, Department of Child Protection and Observation, etc.
- Proofread English translation
- Contract draft such as lease contract, sales contract, will, prenuptial agreement, etc.
- Registration of company/ partnership/ association/ foundation for clients in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
- Document authentication by Consular Section, Ministry of Foreign Affairs
- Document authentication by Embassies/ Consulates inside and outside the country
3. Travel insurance
- Travel insurance agency for clients who travel abroad or live in Thailand or
for visa application purpose as designated by the authority.
